The longer I managed Eau Claire Dairy Queen’s Facebook page, the harder it was for me to come up with fun ideas to draw in more likes and essentially more customers. Brian helped me to come up with interactive ideas for our followers, such as “caption this photo,” and “fill in the blank” segments on our page. These helped grow our totals numbers because when someone would comment on our picture, all of their Facebook friends would be able to see it in their news feed. In turn, it would open up the possibility of getting more likes, more customers.
