Content Creation: How To Find Time To Get It All Done

We’ve been talking about the importance of creating content.

After all, if you want to stay in front of people and be a welcome guest, not an annoying pest, you’ve got to create valuable content consistently.

The challenge is, how do you get it all done?

You’ve got a business to run and with all that comes staffing, sales, and more.

Who has time for something like content creation?

We’ve talked about creating videos, blog posts, podcasts, and social media posts.

That is a lot of content. How can you get it all done without blowing your budget and still have a life?

Here is a plan that I was first exposed to from Brendan Burchard and then a friend used this plan to market her business. It worked so well she added 2 locations to her business in a year and won a contest in a marketing association – the prize was a Mustang convertible.

She gets it all done in a half an hour a week.

She has an active Facebook page, YouTube channel, blog, podcast and several social media posts a week.

How does she do it?

She starts it all with a Facebook live that she does at the same time every week.

This is a 10-minute video.

She downloads the video and the next day uploads it to YouTube.

She sends the video out to be transcribed and now has a blog post which gets posted 3 days after the Facebook live.

Then the audio is stripped out of the video and she has a podcast.

She has a team member that creates social media posts from snippets from the video, so she is connecting with her audience multiple times a week on multiple social media platforms.

All of this happens automatically.

Her part is creating the video, after that, she has a team that completes the rest and posts it in the proper places.

From the outside, it appears that she spends her entire week creating content and getting it posted on social media.

The real story is that she spends half an hour a week creating the first video and that’s it.

Not everyone needs to develop this level of content creation, but now you know how it’s done!

Have a great day!

P.S. Take a minute and write down 3 ways your life would improve if you could master content creation and have a content machine in place bringing you a steady stream of new customers 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
