How To Make Your Facebook Marketing Even More Effective

There is one tool that will make you more money than any other at a lower cost than most others.

It’s email.

That’s right, the trusty old service everyone has been using for more than 2 decades.

The reason it keeps getting results is that everyone uses it and you need an email address for many of the new subscription services. Try and sign up for Netflix or buy on Amazon or get a Disney+ subscription or even signup for Facebook – you need an email for all of this.

And most of us have work emails that we’re required to check.

Why is email such a big deal?

It’s a cheap, affordable, and most importantly effective way to follow-up with people who aren’t quite ready to buy yet.

And most of the money is made in the follow-up.

Now I know some reading this will say, “Well I almost never check my email or I don’t read anything not sent to me personally. I don’t read anything sent via an automated tool and I never buy from an email.”

That may be true but many do buy via email.

As of the fall of 2020, the average Shopify store brings in 35 to 38% of its sales from email.

It’s the number one rated tool for ROI of any digital marketing platform year after year.

How can this tool make my Facebook marketing better?

It happens because you follow up with everyone all the time.

You never know who will be your next big client so you can’t afford to be hit or miss with your follow-up.

With a CRM in place every time someone triggers a response from you, your system sends out the follow-up.

When someone schedules a call or appointment with you they get emails making sure they show up.

When someone requests information they get it and then they get a follow-up from that making sure they understand and encouraging them to take the next step with you.

Or when someone has a birthday they get a birthday email from you.

These are all powerful ways email can be used and there are more which I will cover over the next few articles.

Most importantly for us, when someone requests information from our Facebook ad we use email to send it to them and then we continue to message them, you never know when someone will be ready to buy.

I have many examples of people who were on my list and got emails for 1, 2, or even 3 years before they took and action and then they spent $1000s with me.
